One of our most popular varieties is Golden Scepter. It has an incredible golden color that plays well with others; its stem length paired with its smaller size makes it a florist’s dream! Not to mention it’s an early bloomer and makes great tubers!

 

Russells Mills Flower Company’s dahlia tubers are always 100% American Grown (right here on our farm in Massachusetts!) and never imported.

Growing Guide

Dahlias are cold sensitive and should not be planted out until all danger of frost has passed in your area. Dahlias grow best in full sun (6+ hours of sunlight) and well-draining soil. Dahlias produce tubers which must be lifted in the fall in zones 7 and lower.

  • We sell and ship to customers in the continental United States. Local Pick Up is also available at our farm in South Dartmouth, MA.
  • All orders with standard shipping will ship when safe to do so, typically beginning in mid-April.
