Amazing selection. The only suggestion I have is to code the dahlia tubers so we can identify what tuber is in the set. So please with everything I purchase from Russell Mills!
Did not receive our order in time for the tubers to grow big for our customer. We emailed and tried messaging company only to get one reply saying the order will be shipped soon. It arrived over a month after that email. According to their website, it looked like our tubers should of been shipping middle of April. We received them right before Memorial Day. Will not be ordering from this company again due to poor customer service.
The tubers all seem healthy and I already have growth on four. And they sent an extra tuber as a gift which is so nice. I do wish there had been an option to get tubers a little earlier as I like to start mine in pots before setting out. But otherwise all is good so far.
Packaging=Perfect. Tubers=Perfect. Customer service=Perfect. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. The tubers arrived happy and healthy...the rest is up to me🥰 Thank you!!!

I am so excited to grow these dahlias. I love that they came locally not far from where I live. The packaging was beautiful and I love the handwritten comment she included with my order about this tuber .
Shipping was too late. I requested to cancel, but you shipped anyway. I tossed all 4, plus the freebie, as i was already planted.
Super happy with my order!! They even included an extra tuber along with a couple of double tubers that I was able to split. Highly recommend.
Varieties were not labeled - just a paper bag with all the tubers. A couple don’t seem to have eyes, but I’m giving them time to sprout up so we’ll see.

I’ve ordered from Russel’s Mills before and I love how easy it is to communicate and get support. It was a treat to get some extra that I plan to share with my daughter.
Sadly she hasn’t sprouted and only silver years has so far.
Packaging was A++. Tubers all looked very healthy with at least 1 eye. I’m so excited for this growing season!
The tubers were healthy and all have sprouted. However, the tubers came in a single bag and were not individually labeled. I had planned for each tuber to go in a specific place in my garden plan based on color, but without labels, it was a guessing game. I think it should have been made clear in the item description that the tubers were not individually labeled. I gladly would have paid a little bit extra to purchase each one individually (because the individual tubers come in individually labeled bags) had I known that.
Tubers arrived healthy, all showing an eye. I have started them in my greenhouse and so far all growing well.
Disappointed but hopeful again. One of the tubers does not appear have eyes and have not awakened in nearly two weeks.
While I loved the packaging and communication, I’m disappointed that brother of these have visible eyes nor have they begun to wake up since their arrival nearly two weeks ago. I would like to know how to rectify this. Thank you.
