I had my eye on this variety from another seller and after a huge headache with their website... I found Russells Mills! I was so pleased to see rockstar still being offered and can't wait to have this beauty in my collection.
Tuber was super healthy and even though this one was later to sprout than others in my order, Koko Puff is growing faster and stronger than the others so far. I really look forward to seeing her bloom.

I bought 5 Dahlia's - all but one has come up. The Larks Ebbe still has not
shown any life and it's been a considerable amount of time. Too early for any of them to be blooming, but the others look great!

I stumbled upon Russells Mills Flower Co. after I promised myself I wouldn't buy any more dahlias this year... oops. I am so pleased that I've found them though! Out of all of my tuber orders this season, these tubers were the best looking! I was so impressed with the beautiful packaging, the healthy tubers, the thoughtful notes written on my receipt, the sweet goodies included AND a free extra tuber! I ordered about 15 tubers and planted them a week ago, at least half have already sprouted up. I really hope these plants do well because I was so happy with my selections. So far so good. I will certainly order from them again <3
This dahlia, along with 10 or 12 others that up ordered were all lovely! Super healthy and very visible eye, most eyes already sprouting. They also gave me a free tuber and some stickers :)

Started them same way and time as my other dahlia tubers. American Dawn is still only a tiny nub. no full sprout yet. fingers crossed.
I'm so pleased with all the tubers I ordered from Russell Farms. Each and every one was firm, had at least one active eye, and was thoughtfully packaged in a bag with a tiny bit of peat moss so that it could be stored until ready to plant.
The packaging is so cute, the dahlia tubers are healthy and happy, and I received all the instructions I need to be successful planting dahlias!
