What is your return and refund policy?

All sales of dahlia tubers are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

When is your dahlia tuber sale?

We announce our dahlia tuber store to our newsletter subscribers first. Be sure to sign up to be the first to know!

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we are not able to accommodate order changes.

When will tubers be restocked?

Be sure to sign up for ‘back in stock’ notifications for any out-of-stock products you're interested in, and you’ll be the first to know when we have more to share!

Why do you have product limits on some products?

Our product limits allow us to share more tubers with more gardeners. We want to share the love!

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders with standard shipping will ship when safe to do so, typically beginning in mid-April. Ensuring the quality of our products is of utmost importance to us.

Do you offer early shipping?

At certain times of the year we offer an ‘Early Shipping’ option to ship your order in March. This shipping option is at the buyers risk. We do not recommend early shipping due to risk of freeze damage in transit.

Do you ship internationally?

Due to the department of agriculture restrictions we cannot ship dahlia tubers outside of the United States.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories?

At this time we only ship to the continental 48 states.

Do you offer farm pick up?

Yes, we do! Local pick up is available at our farm in South Dartmouth. If you do not pick up your order at the specified date it will not be shipped, nor refunded. Be sure to check the local pick up details at time of checkout.

Can you combine shipping on my orders?

Unfortunately, we are unable to combine shipping costs at this time.

The Farm

Where are you located?

We are located on the coastline of Southern Massachusetts. Lovingly referred to as part of the “farm coast”.

Is your farm open to the public?

Unfortunately at this time the farm is not open to the public. The farm is also our home and we appreciate your respect of our family’s privacy.

Do you offer U-PICK?

We do not offer u-pick at this time.

Can I come take photos of the field?

We do not allow photography in the flower fields. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of our team and to maintain the quality and care of our flowers.

Do you have a stand on the farm?

We do not have a farm stand. However, we work with wonderful local businesses who support our farm and carry our cut flower bouquets. Please contact us if you’d like to see where to find our flowers locally.

Can you do the flowers for my wedding?

We love that you would like to include our flowers in your big day! Although we don’t offer floral design services we do have a list of local vendors who are supporters of using locally grown flowers (including ours) in their designs.
