We grow over 300 dahlia varieties on the farm and if Bethanie could only pick five, it would be these!
The Bethanie's Favorites Dahlia Tuber Collection Includes (5) Tubers:
(1) Irish Ruffles - One of those dahlias that doesn’t look real. Its bloom is thick but sturdy and resembles a sugar flower! Perfect white blooms with a hint of lavender-blush make this one a showstopper and top favorite!
(1) Rock Run Ashley - A no fuss, smaller-sized dusty salmon bloom that turns buff during the season. One of Bethanie's favorites for it's beautiful coloring, bloom size, and tuber production!
(1) Hy Patti - Bethanie's personal favorite out of all the varieties we grow and that says a lot! Her terracotta-brown coloring is so unique. Plants have a great growth habit and blooms are big and thick petaled... she's unbeatable!
(1) Valley Tawny - We've loved this beauty for years without sharing. (Sorry!) But now the secret is out! She is one of the first to bloom with the most beautiful peach-buff color tones, and she blooms until frost without skipping a beat. A clear favorite.
(1) Bracken Sarah - A jaw dropping bloom with loads of peachy petals that boast a golden glow. We swear this beauty glows once the sun goes down! Although Bracken Sarah is a late-bloomer, we refuse to love her any less- she's that good!
Russells Mills Flower Company’s dahlia tubers are always 100% American Grown (right here on our farm in Massachusetts!) and never imported.

Growing Guide
Dahlias are cold sensitive and should not be planted out until all danger of frost has passed in your area. Dahlias grow best in full sun (6+ hours of sunlight) and well-draining soil. Dahlias produce tubers which must be lifted in the fall in zones 7 and lower.
