Ice tea is a special, smaller-sized bloom. She is a bit of a “chameleon” throughout the season and will produce warm terracotta tones similar to Rose Toscano and other times lighting up to a cheerful coral. Plants are nicely balanced and sturdy, usually holding their blooms without support. Ice Tea is also a dependable tuber producer too. A really lovely choice for any garden or farm-- Ice Tea is easy to love and rewarding to grow!

Growing Guide

Dahlias are cold sensitive and should not be planted out until all danger of frost has passed in your area. Dahlias grow best in full sun (6+ hours of sunlight) and well-draining soil. Dahlias produce tubers which must be lifted in the fall in zones 7 and lower.
